Shipping and return policy

Shipping costs

Free shipping within The Netherlands and Belgium. 
For shipping to other EU countries we charge 100 Euros.
For shipping outside the EU we charge a fee based on recalculation of transportation and clearing costs.

Delivery Time

The lead time stated on the product page is indicative. Within a week after receipt of payment we will send the customer a confirmation email with the planned delivery week.

Our logistics partner will contact the customer to make a delivery appointment. If the delivery can not take place on the date and time agreed, the delivered items may be returned to the logistics warehouse. The customer needs to contact us to make a new appointment. Extra delivery costs may apply.

Delivery takes place on the base of curbside delivery, which means that the ordered items will be delivered to the curb of the delivery address. Inside delivery, assembly and removal of packaging is not included.

Changing orders

The customer is entitled to change the order specifications within 5 days after payment. This can involve quantity, size, upholstery fabric and color of frame.

Cancellation and return policy

The customer is entitled to cancel the order within 5 days after payment. Each item is made to order to the customers wishes and are not prefabricated. Therefore the items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. 

Damaged or incorrect orders

The customer is obliged to carefully check whether the packaging is damaged before signing the freight note. When a damage is ascertained, the customer must note this on the freight note before signing it and inform us within 24 hours by sending an email to with the following information: order number and photo of the damaged item.  

If you did not receive the ordered items despite tracking information stated otherwise, please contact us immediately. Send an email to If our logistics partner is able to prove by signed freight note that delivery was successfully completed at the right address, we disclaim any responsibility.


In the circumstance that you request postponement of delivery we are entitled to charge extra costs for storage and handling when the order is already in the production  or shipping phase.
