This warranty is only valid in EU countries for products that are purchased at our online store.
If our product has a defect that is attributable to bad materialization, workmanship or construction you get warranty for 3 years from the date of delivery.
The warranty does not cover:
- Natural influences like ageing or exposure to light that affect the material;
- Natural variations of wood grain or figure or the presence of character marks;
- Color differences of lacquers and fabrics
- Damage to the fabric from machine washing/drying;
- Normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to, everyday wear and tear of surfaces, fabrics, and upholstery);
- Shading effect due to light
- Damage from external factors, such as any of the following:
- Improper use of the product like jumping on the sofa or sitting on arm or backrest
- Color bleed from dyed clothes like denim jeans on upholstery
- Sharp objects
- Stains from spilling fluids like coffee, moisture, ink and food, dirt
- Pets
- Acid skin, skin fat and sweat. Please note that use of medicine can negatively affect fibers
- Modifications, alterations, tampering, or improper maintenance or repairs
- Direct sunlight
- Bad handling
- Natural disasters like earthquake or hurricane
- Fire or smoke
The density of high resilience foam will drop by approx 15% in the first year due to frequent use. This is an insurmountable characteristic of the material and is excluded from warranty.
The warranty is not transferable in case of reselling to another person or legal entity.
The customer must send a written warranty request to support@redstitch.tv within 3 years after delivery date. This request must contain a description of the complaint if possible accompanied with photos and order number.
